You can selecy all types of floating floorboards. Like Laminate floor, Hybrid floor, Bamboo floor, and Engineered wood.

Before making the decision, you need to know your expection on floorboards. If you want most scratch resistant and economic floorboards, then lamiante floor. If you want water proof floorboards, then Hybrid flooring will be better option. Both laminate and Hybrid floors are artifical colours. If you would like to install a real wood floorboards, you can select solidwood or Engineered wood. But for unit/ aparment, you can only select floating floor(Laminate, hybrid, bamboo,engineered wood).

We can't compare different types floorboards quality. Select the right type for you is more important. After that you can compare the brand and quality of the floorboards.
